Singleton Architects P.A. is a continuation of the original firm started in 1978 by Larry Singleton AIA, Charles F. Craig AIA and Steve Simmons AIA. The firm today still remains committed to the idea that creativity, quality and integrity are all equally vital components of our work. Our firm's twenty seven plus years of experience has given us a valuable knowledge base as well as an extensive network of resources and contacts from which to draw. We believe that traditional values, like hard work and attention to detail are important to providing the level of service our clients deserve. While remaining dedicated to those values, we have embraced new developments in document preparation and information technology where these compliment our firm's goals. We utilize a computer-aided design system to create all drawings and exchange those files with our consultants in order to create complete construction document sets. We feel that this technology makes the process more efficient and makes for a higher quality end result. Finally, it's our contention that the selection of the appropriate building materials/systems, efficient space planning and a creative approach to problem solving can not only reduce initial costs but also enhance efficiency and quality in the long run.
